Outwell Maryland XL + Carpet + Footprint + Kids Room - Great Family Tent We are reluctantly selling our beloved family tent, which is in excellent condition. Size is 9.1m wide and 6.4m deep. Height is 2.25m. This is a 10-man tent, with 4 separate bedrooms (although it is possible to remove the partitions and have two ENORMOUS bedrooms). The living area is massive and has plenty of room for inside dining etc. There is also a large porch area at the front, with a separate 'bathtub' groundsheet. Also included is a separate Outwell Kids Room, which can be attached in place of one of the smaller bedrooms. Outwell stopped selling these a few years back, so they are quite hard to find. It has a lovely design, which smaller children love and includes a shelving unit, a netting game and 3 soft coloured balls. Tent is flysheet with sewn-in groundsheet. Poles are metal and the tent is incredibly stable in all kinds of weather once raised. Also included are the separate Footprint (to protect the underside of the tent and provide extra insulation/waterproofing) and the Carpet which covers the main living area. We have included pictures of 3 small areas where we have successfully repaired tiny holes. Last summer I treated the outside with Fabsil, so it has been cared for. This is a fabulous and very popular tent, which we have loved using. It comes from a smoke-free home and has been well stored and looked after. It cost us well over a £1000 when new. We are selling only as we need to downsize a bit.
